So it looks as if the iPad mini is safe for at least another few years. The MacBook Air M2 has a gorgeous 13.6-inch display, surprisingly powerful speakers, an ultra-comfy keyboard, and and an improved FHD (1080p) webcam, putting it at the very. Still, when Apple jumps into a trend, the market tends to look at it more seriously. Some rumors are that Apple's foldable device will be an iPad, which might put all of those devices in a separate category. While Android is adding features to improve support for folding displays, Windows 11 doesn't feel built for them, and the hardware manufacturers have all built on top of the OS to compensate for it.Īs for why the overall shipment numbers jump 75% in 2027, that is when DSCC expects Apple to release a foldable device, likely an iPhone, with a bang, shipping over 10 million units to its high-end customer base. F FORITO 2-Pack 15.6 Inch Anti Blue Light Laptop Screen Protector, Eye Protection Anti Glare Matte Computer Screen Cover for 15. But for at least the first devices out of the gate, folding displays don’t add the same kind of value to the notebook experience that they do to the smartphone experience. Magnetic laptop privacy screen 13.3 inch lifetime warranty Consider a similar item. These are early days for folding notebook displays, and many of these issues can be addressed or at least improved. The experience is largely the same as with non-foldable phones, and at least the product stays in one piece. But it's definitely more cumbersome than phones, which simply fold open and close to grow and shrink. To some, the bigger screen for a desktop-style experience may be a benefit. But while today’s laptops with folding displays can act as a tablet or portable desktop, they rely on Bluetooth keyboards and trackpads or mice to deliver a complete laptop experience. For one, regardless of whether a phone folds vertically (Samsung Galaxy Flip, Moto Razr) to take up less pocket space or horizontally ( Google Pixel Fold, OnePlus Open), opening into a small tablet, they remain useful when they’re folded thanks to their external displays. Since folding displays for notebooks are much larger than folding displays for smartphones they are more expensive and add more to the device price. There are a number of challenges that foldable PCs face that phones don't. But the 4x unit advantage that smartphones have over PCs can’t fully account for the far greater uptake among current and projected smartphone users. For 2022, IDC pegged the number of smartphones shipped at 1.21 billion units (the lowest number since 2013) and the number of PCs (including desktops) shipped at 292.3 million. Some of that disparity reflects the relative volumes of both device classes. (Image credit: Display Supply Chain Consultants)

They felt substantial enough to be satisfying, but this is definitely an expansion rather than a full game. Together, the two parts maybe took me about 5-6 hours to complete. Again, if you’ve played both, then you’ll seriously appreciate all of this stuff – but it might be confusing if you haven’t.Īs for length, it’s an expansion. Plus, being a prequel to “Bioshock” (2007) and a sequel to “Bioshock Infinite” (2013), it also adds a bit to the backstories of both games – and actually connects them a bit more – as well. There are the brilliantly brain-twisting sci-fi elements from “Bioshock Infinite” (2013), but – this time – they are actually paired with some “Bioshock” (2007) style horror elements □ Seriously, THIS is a “Bioshock” game □ “ Welcome to the Circus of Values!” Oh, how I’ve missed you, creepy mechanical clown □ A lot of familiar faces from the original “Bioshock” (2007) also show up as well □ There’s a “film noir”-style web of criminal intrigue here too – with the characters often finding themselves working for different people, some of whom have different goals. As you would perhaps expect from a “film noir”, it tells a dark and gritty story. Whether it is actually being able to explore the art deco streets of Rapture before everything went to hell – seeing this dystopian city in its prime – or the excellent dream/nightmare sequence at the beginning of part two, both parts take a little while to get into the gameplay but still manage to astonish you with atmosphere and excellent art design.Īs hinted earlier, the story of “Burial At Sea” is absolutely stellar. Whilst this might sound boring on paper, the visual design and atmosphere do a lot here. Interestingly, both parts begin with a “walking simulator” type segment. Seriously, it’s so cool to see even more of Rapture – especially before it turned into a “zombie apocalypse” kind of place…. Weapons and ammunition are even more limited – and Elizabeth doesn’t have a “shield” bar – so direct confrontations are often a bad idea. Whilst it isn’t exactly a “run and hide” survival horror game, and you can use weapons ( including a new tranquiliser gun), you are heavily encouraged to play in a sneakier way. The second part – where you play as Elizabeth – shakes things up by adding some limited stealth elements and a very simple “lockpicking” mini-game. There’s also a new weapon as well – a 1950s-style microwave gun that can make splicers explode. It’s maybe equivalent to 2-3 levels from the original game but, if you’re a fan of that, then you’ll probably enjoy part one a lot. The first part is – for the most part – almost like an expansion to the original “Bioshock” □ Leaving aside the brilliantly atmospheric introductory level, you’ll be spending most of it in a creepy abandoned building fighting splicers. Seriously, I have three bullets at the beginning of this level and everywhere looks eerie too! Ha! THIS is Bioshock… Infinite?!?! Grizzled private investigator Booker DeWitt has a new client, a mysterious lady called Elizabeth who wants his help searching for a young girl called Sally who has gone missing… The game begins on the 31st December 1958, in the underwater city of Rapture. The game itself contains some FLASHING/FLICKERING LIGHTS, but I don’t know whether they are intense enough to be an issue or not. So, let’s take a look at both parts of “Bioshock Infinite – Burial At Sea”. It may look like a stand-alone story at first glance, but it won’t really fully make sense if you haven’t played these two games first. Likewise, whilst it includes an optional recap of the events of “ Bioshock” (2007), it’s well worth actually playing that game as well beforehand in order to get the most out of this DLC. It’s well worth completing the main game before playing “Burial At Sea” though. Thinking more, one of the many reasons why I eventually got the main game was probably to play this DLC. I remember seeing trailers for “Burial At Sea” on the internet back in the day, and it looked ridiculously cool – literally a sci-fi “film noir” game with lots of neon lights and stuff like that. From what I can gather, both “episodes” either were or are sold separately elsewhere but I’ll be covering both of them in this review. Well, since I got a discounted DRM-free version of the “complete edition” of “ Bioshock Infinite” (2013) from GOG a while ago, I thought that I’d also take a look at it’s two-part DLC “Burial At Sea” (2013-14) today. While the game can get a tad repetitive and frustrating at times, it’s still a good game with safe and fun content that can be played by the whole family. The scavenger hunting gameplay of Yard Sale: Hidden Treasures Sunnyville is a definite throwback to the old ‘Where’s Wally’ Books. The game is single player only, but gives players the option to play the career mode casually or timed for a challenge. The sound is great, each character you meet has a different music track that matches their personality. The visuals are well done and vibrant, however when zooming in during a garage sale, the level can look a bit pixelated and make hunting for item a little harder. The game also consists of small mini games where you do certain tasks either for a character or in order to fix up an item for your house. The controls work but at times need a few taps for the item to register as found. The controls are basic, look around the garage sales by dragging your finger around the screen and tap any items you find to collect them. The game has you traveling to different garage sales and giving you a checklist specific items to search for. You have just moved into a new town and having heard of a best house magazine competition decide to hit the local garage sales in order to redecorate your house. Yard Sale: Hidden Treasures Sunnyville is a hidden object game for the iPhone. You can just keep doing this until it triggers, you have ample CP. Continue moving into the north elevator and reach the east side, you should at this point trigger another Double Movement, if not just reselect her and move her until no more AP again. Reselect her and activate the elevator that links to your base this is for your backup plan. Along the way you should trigger Double Movement and just about make it through the second bridge. Follow the path and go straight through the second bridge (don't bother going north). I recommend deploying an additional scout that has Resist Crossfire potential. This map is where you'll want to have a backup plan, in case Double Movement just isn't triggering. After you reach the base, kill the lone trooper there and win. If it doesn't trigger, just reselect her and continue, it'll trigger next time. This completely fills up her AP and you can just continue walking straight to the base. When her AP runs out, there will be a high chance, I say around 70% chance, where she'll trigger Double Movement. Grenade the spot with two crouching shocktroopers, then annihilate all three troopers there and win.ĭeploy her on the top, cast the orders and start moving. When you reach the base, dart into the path in front of the tank to reach the base, but don't walk out into the open yet. You'll most likely trigger double movement, but if it didn't trigger just reselect her, you have enough CP. Cast the orders and just advance towards the base using the top route. You can even line up in front of the trooper for a double kill.ĭeploy her on the top section, simply because its a shorter route. Cast the usual orders, walk into the base, kill the trooper and scout and win. You don't need a guide for this, do you? Just cast the orders and walk straight to the base, kill the lone scout and win.ĭeploy Alicia on the left base. Remember to deploy Rosie and Largo everytime for two extra CP, in some maps its actually essential. Certain maps will also need Penetration for the heavy tanks. Now I'm going to mention the orders you need to cast on Alicia at the start of every skirmish: Awakened Potential and Defense Boost. I recommend doing this in NG+ because of skirmish 9, but if you already have level 20 scout and all R&D upgrades and every order, feel free. I highly recommend ZM Kar 8 or 9, collected from Scout and Engineer challenge, Scout challenge in particular is easy to complete if you don't aim for A rank. Range is not important since we're basically point blanking everything. I recommend a good rifle to go with her, preferably ZM Kar rifles that focus on damage. With all her potentials awakened, she basically becomes so OP that you can just walk her straight from start to finish taking fire from every single thing, and in essence, that's what we're going to do. Doing it in one turn makes things fun again. Unfortunately, if you want to go after the A rank achievement, you need to complete BOTH easy and normal skirmishes, which feels like a chore. The thing is, after you discover that there is virtually no difference between easy and normal skirmishes (other than exp and gold), you tend to just play normal skirmishes and ignore the other. Why do this? Well it makes normal skirmishes fast and furious, especially in NG+. Yes, including maps like Upper Frozen and Marberry Shore. This is a short guide on how to win all 9 skirmish maps in 1 turn on easy/normal. Remove the file /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/istĦ. It probably seems obvious when you are a computer savvy but if you are not, your procedures are quite cryptic (with all due respect, of course). Concerned with finishing the album in time for a US fall tour, the Dead then cancelled concerts scheduled for the UK that were to follow Egypt concurrent with returning borrowed equipment to the Who. The shows gave them the opportunity to test five of the songs in front of audiences and work on the arrangements (see also Rocking the Cradle: Egypt 1978). To help pay for the opportunity to play three dates in front of the Great Sphinx of Giza and bring a large entourage to Egypt, they performed two concerts at Red Rocks and one at Giants Stadium. With studio sessions uncompleted, the Grateful Dead made three concert appearances. George would take "Six Feet of Snow," a collaboration with Keith Godchaux, to his next Little Feat album, Down on the Farm. – Noah Lewis's "All New Minglewood Blues" and the Young Rascals' "Good Lovin'" – originally dated from the first years of the band (the latter previously sung by Ron "Pigpen" McKernan) but were presented in more contemporary arrangements. Written with lyricist John Perry Barlow, "I Need a Miracle" is a rave-up rocker featuring his longtime friend and Kingfish bandmate Matthew Kelly on harmonica. We were feeling sensitive because someone said 'Oh you write songs about guys for guys.' Something that would sound good in an old '50s cocktail lounge – that was the idea." Ĭontrasting with disco, California soft rock and ballads were the songs brought by Weir. According to Hunter, "Jerry and I sat down and on a lark decided to write a romantic song, just for the heck of it. The duo also contributed the torch song "If I Had the World to Give," an atypical work in their oeuvre. " Stagger Lee" is an original Garcia/Hunter composition based on the oft-covered folk song. (In between her two contributions, she also wrote and sang "Rain" on Cats Under the Stars.) Her background as a gospel-soul session singer at Muscle Shoals Sound Studio is evident in her vocal delivery. Donna made her second, and final, singing-songwriting performance on a Dead studio album with "From the Heart of Me". Hart and Hunter's "France" was sung by Donna Godchaux and rhythm guitarist Bob Weir, who devised the final arrangement and earned a compositional credit. Although an attempt to record the song for Terrapin Station proved to be unsuccessful, it rapidly evolved into one of the band's principal jamming vehicles (often paired with Garcia's "Scarlet Begonias") during their spring 1977 tour. Hart's reggae-informed "Fire on the Mountain", with lyrics by Garcia's writing partner Robert Hunter, evolved from "Happiness is Drumming", which appeared on his Diga Rhythm Band's 1976 album. As with the previous album's "Terrapin Flyer", Hart and Kreutzmann wrote a percussion-based instrumental track ("Serengetti"), recording it at the compound of Rolling Thunder, in Nevada. Drummer Bill Kreutzmann said "We didn’t want to work with Keith Olsen again, but we had to keep our promise to Clive Davis and have someone in the producer’s chair – so we hired Little Feat’s Lowell George." ĭrummer-percussionist Mickey Hart exerted greater influence than previously, earning three co-compositional credits in addition to assisting with the arrangements of several songs, including Garcia/Hunter's title track (influenced by his interest in the Bee Gees and disco). The Dead again worked with an outside producer, but this time they sought a fellow and respected musician. The rehearsal/storage space was then convenient for recording Shakedown Street, as lobbied for by Garcia. In 1977, when lead guitarist Jerry Garcia was rehearsing with the Jerry Garcia Band for the recording of Cats Under the Stars, they decided to capture the sound of the room, installing studio recording equipment. Toward the end of the Grateful Dead's 1974–1976 hiatus, they rented a Front Street warehouse in San Rafael. The record was produced by Lowell George (of Little Feat) and John Kahn. It was the final album for Keith and Donna Jean Godchaux, who left the band a few months after its release. The album came just over a year after previous studio album Terrapin Station. Shakedown Street is a studio album by rock band the Grateful Dead, released November 8, 1978, on Arista Records. #THE SHALLOWS FULL MOVIE IN HINDI 480P DOWNLOAD 360P# Disclaimer:- KatmovieHD does not host any files on it's servers.
